PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES WELL FOR DETAIL AND CONDITION. A large antique/victorian Chinese Themed Abalone Inlayed Sewing/jewellery Box with original hand painted scenes on silk.

There is wear to the boxes inlayed shell areas and the corners are scuffed and chipped, some of the silk interior has age associated wear and torn areas due to the thinning of the very delicate fabric. The painted areas are all original and in good condition.

Id consider the box to be worn but its overall structure is sound and solid. The stunning interior is in fair condition considering its age.
