Antique Chinese Wooden Jewelry Box, Brass Fixtures, Mirror, Secret Compartment
A unique jewelry box for the collector of Chinese treasures. Bought this piece in Taiwan in the 1980's. Do not know the exact age but it is relatively old and in excellent condition. It has a'secret' compartment with a sliding wood piece, a drawer on the bottom, brass closures and handles and a decorative scene (probably bone inlay) on the front with a butterfly clasp.
