A late 19th century/early 20th century antique Chinese Wood deep carved document or jewelry box with boats scenes. Deeply carved on 4 sides except the bottom. 18 by 10 inches, 6 1/4 inches tall. Excellent; missing one piece of wood at the bottom between 2 feet but no impact to the box (please see last photo left hand side); guaranteed old and not new reproduction. Mark: "Hand Carved Chests, Made in China".
